The international home textile industry is estimated to grow from the current USD 50 billion to USD 70 billion by 2012. India’s share in the global home textile market is 7% and its export target for 2012 is USD 10 billion, making it one of the top three countries to supply for home textiles in the world.

KSL has a state-of-the-art home textile and suitings weaving and processing unit located at Sarigam, near Vapi, Gujarat. It is equipped with latest European technology machinery, having 56 wider width machines for weaving and a completely automated and specialized processing facility to ensure superlative quality.

The current production capacity of the plant is 1,20,000 meters per month and it is on the threshold of expanding it to 3,00,000 meters per month.

The Home Textile division in equipped with state-of-the-art rapier weaving machines with fabric dyeing & specialized finishing facilities, incorporated with the latest technology. Being a manufacturer of polyester speciality yarns, we have a strong backup of customized yarns to weave a variety of value added fabrics of different blends. The product range includes yarn dyed and piece dyed 100% polyester fabrics & its blends with cotton, linen, rayon & silk, in a wider-width up to 320 centimeters.

Our fabric collection has been designed using polyester & various other fibers to give a product which is durable, has a good drape, easy care & has enhanced color properties with a natural look & touch. Besides offering a comprehensive range of fabrics for window dressing i.e. main curtain & sheer curtain fabrics, we also have a collection of fabrics suitable to manufacture products for Top-of-the-Table and Top-of-the-Bed.

Being manufacturers of speciality polyester yarns, KSL has a string back up for production of innovative, value added fabrics that are exported to countries like Russia, Middle East and Germany. The company also caters to the domestic furnishing market that is growing at an annual rate of 20%.
